    100 Van Ness was a large scale multi-family housing project that included the flooring remodel for 450 apartment units in addition to the property’s common areas, gym and administration offices. Our team’s proven track record of time management and on-time installations was once again the key ingredient to working with the many moving parts and multiple vendors required for a project of this size.

    A 225,000 sq. ft. project, the San Jose Convention Center was a high profile government project that required our team to coordinate schedules and work with as well as accommodate for other trades. In the end everything worked to make the client experience as stress free as possible, keeping the project on-time and on-budget.

  • Commercial Office

    Working on the Salesforce Postal Annex project posed several issues common with older construction. The concrete subfloors were in poor condition. The result meant removing up to 1.5” of the 1st floor slab and re-pouring it with subfloor leveling compound. Our team was quick to resolve the issues on this project to keep it moving forward with minimal delays.

    We worked with the Genentech design team to install the flooring in 3 of their buildings. A large scale project like this presents its own scheduling challenges and once we got started we ran into moisture problems. Luckily our team was up for the task and was able to perform moisture testing and seal the floors so the project could be completed flawlessly and on schedule.

  • Hospitality

    The Hyatt Regency project presented a number of challenges but our team was up for the job. Being an occupied installation, our team worked around both employees and guests to stay on schedule with minimal disruption to the guest experience. Working to complete one floor per week, our team of trained union installers worked around the clock to make sure the job was completed on time and to spec.

  • Multi-Family, Low Income Housing

    This project had moisture problems which meant our team needed to do multiple moisture testing and eventually had to use a moisture barrier which added extra complexity. In order to keep the project on schedule our team needed to manage the many city ordinances since it was located in a densely populated residential area in addition to working with and around multiple trades.
